Netherlands

For orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands placed on working days before 15:00, we aim to ship the same day. Delivery usually takes place the next working day. However, it may happen that an order is delivered later, for example because products are out of stock or due to a delay with the carrier. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs: € 6.95 (free from € 50.00 order value).
Delivery: via PostNL, DHL or another carrier. Delivery generally between 09:00 and 22:00 (exact time not guaranteed).

Belgium

For orders with a delivery address in Belgium placed on working days before 15:00, we aim to ship the same day. Delivery takes place within a few working days. However, it may happen that an order is delivered later, for example because products are out of stock or due to a delay with the carrier. An indication of the delivery time can be found on the product page. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs: € 7.95 (free from € 50.00 order value).
Delivery: via PostNL, DHL or another carrier. Delivery generally between 09:00 and 22:00 (exact time not guaranteed).

Germany

For orders with a delivery address in Germany placed on working days before 15:00, we aim to ship the same day. Delivery takes place within 2-4 working days. However, it may happen that an order is delivered later, for example because products are out of stock or due to a delay with the carrier. An indication of the delivery time can be found on the product page. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs: € 6.99 per order (always, regardless of order value).
Delivery: via DHL or another carrier. Delivery generally between 08:00 and 18:00 (exact time not guaranteed).

International

For orders with a delivery address outside the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany placed on working days before 15:00, we aim to ship the same day. Delivery takes place within 2-8 working days. However, it may happen that an order is delivered later, for example because products are out of stock or due to a delay with the carrier. An indication of the delivery time can be found on the product page. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible.
