Kdrogerie wants to provide you with high-quality products, but it's possible you might be dissatisfied for whatever reason. We're always happy to find a suitable solution.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at verkoop@kdrogerie.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, provided the seal is intact. If the seal is broken, your order is final and can no longer be returned. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging must be returned to the company.
