For orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM with a delivery address in the Netherlands, we strive to ship the same day and usually deliver the next business day. However, we're not always able to meet this deadline. Sometimes products are out of stock or there are delivery issues, and in that case, the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.

The listed prices do not include shipping costs. The contribution to shipping costs is:

€6.95 for orders for delivery in the Netherlands (shipping costs are waived for orders over €50.00)

Delivery is via PostNL or DHL parcel carriers. Delivery will generally take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Belgium

However, we're not always able to meet this deadline. Sometimes products are out of stock or there are delivery issues, and in that case, the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An estimated delivery time is shown on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.
