Returns

K Drogerie aims to provide you with high-quality products. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied for any reason. In such cases, we always strive to find a suitable solution.

If anything is not to your satisfaction, please let us know via verkoop@kdrogerie.nl.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs.

Only the return shipping costs from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier’s website for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact us at verkoop@kdrogerie.nl. We will refund the order amount due within 7 days after your return has been registered, provided that the product has been received in good condition.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs.
